Russ Panas became the Economic Development Director for the Bellevue Development Corporation on May 26, 2007.  Russ brings over 30 years of business and economic development experience to the Bellevue Area.  Russ has been a loan officer and loan portfolio manager for the U.S. Small Business Administration, Director of the Business Management Technology Program for Bowling Green State University – Firelands College and Executive Director of Old Brooklyn Neighborhood Services.  Russ is always on the cutting edge of new industries writing business plans for cell towers and video-conferencing companies at a time when both where emerging technologies.  Currently, Russ is working to develop Wolf Industrial Park, the newly annexed properties of U.S. Rt. 20 and St. Rt. 4 and downtown revitalization.
