The Bellevue Developmental Corporation was formed in 1984.  It was organized to help the Bellevue Community grow with new investments and jobs.  The Bellevue Developmental Corporation operates with an executive board and a 19 member full board and is financed from charitable contributions.  Members are elected from area businesses and local community support groups.  Each member serves a three year term and one-third of the membership rotates off each year.
